Depot Service – delivers consistent reliable repair of your product in one of our state of the art service centers. Each iTEK Service Center (iSC) has a controlled ESD environment, state of the art testing / soldering equipment and is staffed with the requisite technical knowledge.
MAX – our Managed AdvanceXchange program combines spares management, asset movement tracking with repair to provide a complete and fully managed service solution.
Staging / Configuration – often combined with rollout projects, staging performance it typically tied to a defined SOW and technology configuration specifics.
There are times when equipment is not quite old enough to retire but may have aged to the point it needs updating, this may include such things as adding RAM, larger hard drive, updating OS or such things as case, keyboard or bezel restoration – when you have this need, call on the iTEK team.
Payment Terminal Encryption
Payment Terminal Encryption – our LRC location operates an audited / certified encryption room to load your terminal with keys, application, etc. In addition as an ESO (encryption service organization) we follow all PCI proscribed procedures for serial number tracking, unit handling, storage and building security.
Project Engagements – we have project managers, personnel to man the project desk and the methodology of PREP –PLAN –START to deliver successfully for your project. From discovers and documentation of SOW(s) through execution and reporting – we have the team to assign whether we own the overall project or just project management our portion.

Remodels, Adds, Changes
RAC – adding or moving equipment or store remodels can be disruptive to store operations, we work with your team to plan and execute to minimize any such disruption
Reverse Logistics – upgrading equipment brings new operational performance to your sites, in addition to the front end project logistics to stage and deliver this new equipment, we also can handle the back end reverse logistics to bring in the old / removed equipment and disposition properly – sell off, repurpose for other uses within your operations or environmentally appropriate disposal.
OnSite Service – service delivered directly at your site when and where needed. Whether individual system components or all equipment within the store walls (StoreCare) – onsite service keeps your technology operating day in and day out.
Central Service – planned rather than on demand onsite visits to restore equipment operation aimed primarily at DC’s or other locations where you tend to collect equipment from local users.
